In order to fundamentally reduce pollution and improve current efficiency and coverage, trivalent chromium plating process is more and more popular.
Will chrome rust?
The chromium coating does have an anti-rust effect to a certain extent, but its anti-rust performance is relatively slow. In contrast, the anti-rust performance of galvanized (especially the galvanized layer after passivation treatment) is more superior, so it has been widely used in many engineering projects, such as outdoor transmission towers, highway guardrails, auto parts and metal parts such as daily hardware.
