Power output press-fitting line
This assembly line is suitable for two models of diesel engine 6M3Z-M96.81000 and 4 RBZT-96.81000, which can assemble their power output units. The equipment adopts the annular multi-working station step form, which has the advantages of high working efficiency, safety and reliability.
725 bridge seat plate continuous production line
The equipment is composed of small beam bearing plate and continuous beam, with a bearing capacity of 17500 KN. The assembly line is connected to the subsequent transportation line of the coating line through the ferry car, and the gantry press is assembled to adjust the height and flatness.
The welding production line works in a run-stop-run-stop manner. Adapt to the production beat of shot blasting machine and coating line loading machine, and PLC overall control operation.
This line is mainly used for quenching, normalizing, quenching and tempering, tempering and other heat treatment of long rod (shaft) and long pipe fittings. The commonly treated steel grades are H13, H11, SAE4145, etc., with specifications of φ 80-460 × 4000-20000mm. Can be refined, forging forming mandrel blank, quenching, tempering treatment, to achieve quenching and tempering heat treatment.
