Characteristic:
1. By two same single machines, relatively divided in the two ends of the rod material, can phosphate the internal and external threads at both ends of different specifications of the rod material at the same time.
2. The equipment can automatically identify and measure the residence position of the rod material, in order to control the thread length of the phosphoration.
3. The device is suitable for local phosphating at high and medium temperatures。
4. The equipment gives anti-bite phosphorization treatment to drilling tool and oil pipe thread, and has good effect.
5.The action parameters are controlled by PLC program and the center height can be adjusted according to the change of drill diameter. The parameter can also adjust the distance between the two ends according to the change of the length of the drill tool. Simple operation, safe and reliable.
