The earliest two chrome plating lines produced by our company have been working for nearly 30 years and are still in good condition. After the mandrel comes out from the plating tank, the plating layer contains a certain amount of cyanide ion.Cyanide ion can make the mandrel chrome layer brittle, will affect the service life of the mandrel. A set of online hydrogen removal devices is added, eliminating the investment and footprint of expensive equipment for offline hydrogen removal.
